Hope Worship – August 18, 2024
In today’s reading from Ephesians 5, Paul describes our lives as God’s redeemed people in terms of rising to the light of a new day. When Christ shines on us, giving light to our lives through His Word, we see what is true, what wisdom looks like. Not only that, but we are renewed as God’s image bearers, reflecting His light to those around us as we point others to what is good and true – above all, the hope we have in Jesus.
